Can I cancel an order and get a refund?
Because these products are downloadable, a refund is only accepted where the file you bought has a serious technical fault and our support team is unable to fix it. Cases such as a change of mind after the purchase are not covered by a refund.
Can I use the files in commercial projects, or for my clients?
Yes! The licence allows you to use them in personal or commercial projects, as part of a finished product. Distributing, reselling or sharing the file itself — the original source — is strictly prohibited.
How long do my downloads and product updates stay valid?
Your access is for life. One secure payment adds the product to your account under My Downloads for good, and every future update to that file comes to you completely free.
How can I be sure a file works with my system or my software?
Every product page states the exact file formats (PDF, Figma, source code and so on) and the software needed to open them. Please read the description and the requirements closely before you complete your purchase.
What if I run into trouble with a crypto payment, or with running a file I downloaded?
Nothing to worry about. Our team is here to clear up any technical problem with a product, or to trace the state of your crypto transaction. Just send a message through the Contact page and it will be picked up quickly.
