This agreement sets out the legal terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the FileSparks platform and your purchase of digital products. Creating an account and using the site means you have read these terms and accept them in full.

1. Your account and its security

An account is required to place an order, manage your downloads and keep lifetime access to your files. Keeping your sign-in details safe is your responsibility, and everything done under your account rests with you. Note that a purchase is tied to the account that made it: ownership of a file cannot be moved between accounts.

2. User conduct and copyright

Every digital product offered on this platform is protected by intellectual property and copyright law. You undertake not to republish, resell or publicly distribute what you have bought without a valid licence to do so. Using the platform or its payment gateways for anything malicious, fraudulent or connected to money laundering is prohibited and, where found, will result in your account being closed permanently with no refund.
