Refund Policy

Buying a digital product is not the same as buying a physical one: access is instant and files can be copied. This document sets out exactly when you may ask to cancel an order and have your money returned on FileSparks.

1. When a refund is accepted

Because these products are downloadable, there is exactly one case in which a refund is possible: the file you bought has a serious technical fault, or it does not match the product page description at all, and our support team is unable to resolve it after you have reported it. In that case you may submit a refund request for up to 7 days after your purchase.

2. When a refund is not given

Under no circumstances will money be returned for a change of mind after the purchase, a purchase made by mistake, not having the software skills the file needs, or incompatibility with software that was never listed on the product page. Please read the description, the requirements and the preview closely before you buy.
