License Agreement

This document sets out your level of access and your legal rights over the files and digital products you buy on the FileSparks platform. Every product offered in this marketplace is covered and protected by this agreement.

1. Standard licence

Every purchase grants you, and you alone, a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for life. You may use it for personal purposes, for learning, or within a finished product — but the intellectual property and copyright in the work always remain with its creator and are never transferred to you.

2. Restrictions

Under no circumstances may you redistribute, sell, rent, freely share or sub-license the files you have bought — whether untouched or lightly modified — to any third party. Copying them, placing them on public networks or republishing them on other platforms is a plain breach of this agreement and will lead to your account being closed permanently, as well as to legal action.
